Day 01: Reach Delhi and transfer to hotel. On arrival you will meet with our office representative at the international airport who will assist you to your hotel in Delhi for the overnight stay.
Day 02: Delhi to Leh by air. Morning depending on your flight time (Delhi- Leh) you will be assisted by our office representative to domestic airport for the flight to Leh. The flights reach in the morning at Leh and you will meet with our Leh office representative at the airport who will drive you to hotel in Leh. On the way he will tell you the acclimatization tips and after having good rest in the hotel, afternoon you will be picked up by the city guide for sight seeing of Leh including Shanti Stupa and local market area.
Day 03: Leh – Uletopko; The distance from Leh to Uletopko is just 68 Kms and so we have liberty to little relax and start at 0900 hours after breakfast. On the way we visit Likir, Chulichen nunnery and Rizong monasteries. The route gives us the nice view of Zanskar and Indus River confluence. We reach Likir Gompa at about 1100 hours and can spend one hour here. Later we reach Uletopko and stay at Uley Ethnic Resort.
Day 04: Uletopko to Lamayuru and drive back Leh; The day will again start at 0900 hours after the breakfast. The drive from our resort to Lamayuru is 55 Kms and same distance we drive back in the afternoon and then drive back to Leh. We reach Lamayuru at 1130 hours and explore a land with wonderful monastery and civilization. By evening we reach back our hotel in Leh.
Day 05: Leh- full day sight seeing; this day we start little early so we can reach Thikse Monastery and join the Lamas in Morning Prayer. The exact time of this prayer will be informed to you on previous evening. This monastery lies on a hill top and provokes the memories of Potala in Lhasa, though it is very small in comparison. Later your explore Shey palace & Gompa which was built in 1645 by King Deldan Namgyal as a summer residence for the kings of Ladakh. It is the oldest palace in Ladakh and above the palace is an even older ruined fortress. From the palace the view ranges in the south to the Thikse Gompa and in the west to the Zanskar range. Hundreds of chortens of all shapes and sizes stand below the palace and Gompa. These chortens demonstrate the interest taken in Shey by the Ladakhi kings and queens who succeeded Shey's builder.
Day 06: Leh to Nubra Valley ; Morning drive to Nubra Valley over world's highest motorable road Khardung La and reach at Hunder in Nubra Valley. This day we stay in the luxury camps at Hunder in summers or hotel in winters.
Day 07: Nubra valley to Leh back; Morning we explore the Nubra Valley to little further by including Diskit and a famous Buddhist monastery and later drive back to Leh.
Day 08: Leh to Delhi fly and later transfer to International airport; Morning drive to Leh airport with our office representative and then fly to Delhi. The flight reaches Delhi in the morning and by 1000 hours (if it is the second flight in winters) you will be outside of the airport. Then you are transferred to the hotel for using wash and change rooms and a half day sight seeing can be organized of Old Delhi. In the evening you will be driven to the international airport to fly home.
